This is a very beautiful building. The renovations really make it look new and modern. The pricing was great! Other buildings with the same amenities in this area are usually more expensive. The month free made it even more affordable. The fees for the amenities were a one time fee for as long as you live there and that is a bargain if you are planning to live there longer term. The shuttle to the train and dry cleaning pick up are helpful for commuters. Also, the concierge would sign for you packages and that would be helpful as well. The building was quiet and clean and felt more like a condo building than an apartment rental.

I was impressed with what they offered, and the location was fabulous. It seemed to be near everything, including the highway and train station. The agent showed pride for the community and her excitement was contagious.

This community have an old-style to it and was really beautiful. Although I prefer a modern design I still would feel happy living there.

Upon closing, I would say if I were actually in the market for a new apartment in this class, I would have most definitely given this location strong consideration. The staff was warm and welcoming. The upkeep of the property was exceptional. It was quiet, and well maintained. The apartment was very nicely sized. The features within the apartment did not lack. The carpeting was plush, the granite counter tops were upscale and easy on the eyes, very impressive and melted right into the warm, maple tones of the wood cabinetry surrounding them. Overall I felt the asking price was very reasonable for the product being offered.

I was impressed with the community. The upkeep was flawless. The leasing agent was upbeat and outgoing. She gave a great presentation.

This is a very well maintained property with a lot of very important features. It feels like an upscale resort with the pool, exercise room, large common room with fireplace and the many services offered.

This was a nice community with good amenities for the price, albeit a bit on the high side. Everything was clean and presented nicely. Everything viewed was in great shape and clean. The location was very good, if working in the downtown Stamford area. There is plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants as well.

My first impression of the staff and community itself was a very positive one. If I were looking to lease an apartment, that would be a big influence on deciding to rent this apartment and I probably would have rented this apartment on the spot.

I would happily make this property my new home with no doubts in my mind.

The community is value packed with impressive amenities. The property was well maintained and offered the extra luxury of assigning one parking space to every apartment. The location is prime and there is a pharmacy attached to the property. I found the property to be a good value.

Both associates I met made me feel comfortable and that the community would be a relaxing, carefree place to live. The apartments and common areas were attractive and, while affording touches of luxury, still had a homey feel. I could envision living there comfortably, but felt the prices were a bit higher than comparable communities in the area. Some of the courtesies available made it clear they were attentive to the details. For instance, simply having coffee and tea available 24/7, offering a shuttle to the train and having luggage and grocery carts available are a few of the little things that meant a lot. With all the snow we have had in the area this winter, having covered parking would be a major plus. I felt the leasing agent was sincerely interested in me as a customer. Because the community, amenities and apartments were attractive and the services seemed well thought out, I would recommend the location to others.

I thought the price for the apartment being offered was higher than I was used to experiencing. However, that being said, the quality of the cabinetry, counter tops and appliances were better than any other property I had seen recently in the area. The amenities were like new, neat, clean, and very well maintained. The club lounge was great and would be a place one could be proud to host a party. The leasing professional came across as well spoken, genuinely warm, friendly, pleasant, helpful, and engaging.

This seems to be a pleasant apartment community for regular Connecticut residents and for some others who want to try an alternative to city or rural living.
