The staff was friendly and nice. The rent was too high for the space; I would put my money into a house.

For a twelve year old community, it looked fabulous. The leasing professional was always very friendly. I would highly recommend.

The community had all the basic amenities in the apartment and on the property. It was also located in a good area of town.

I had a very fun time visiting this community. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area with lots of amenities in and out. I strongly recommend to visit if anybody is looking for an apartment in this area.

Apparently when the community was built it was meant to be condos, but since the market was leaning more towards rentals it became apartments. That was why there were some unique apartment features, like crown molding and larger closet space. The community was located in a neighborhood where restaurants and shopping were within walking distance.

The apartment community was well maintained. There were great amenities and the apartments were spacious. The staff was polite and professional.

I felt very comfortable and welcoming from the moment I spoke to her and throughout our whole interaction. She kept the apartment attractive by pointing out the benefits of being away from the main down town rush, yet not being too far off from it. She made sure I was aware of the free months rent and would not want me to miss out on the deal. She was friendly and down to earth, not pushing or forcing me.

I definitely would recommend it to my friends. From the presentation I would have rented. The amenities were great. The leasing agent that filled in did a good job.

The leasing professional was able to give all details regarding the apartment, the amenities, and detailed information required to proceed with the apartment application process.

The presentation was great. The leasing agent was very warm and vivacious and seemed interested in me and my needs. She formed a good rapport with me. The apartment with the loft was large and beautiful. There was so much space. The loft and the room next to it was a plus. The amenities were great. The whole experience was exceptional!

I found that she was extremely friendly and she was pleasant. I enjoyed talking to her. I did find the community to be special and they offered a lot.

Glenview was a really appealing community. I loved the layout of the loft style apartments. The amenities were commendable as well as the shuttle service offered. The pricing however was very similar to New York prices and I was hoping to save.

I was very impressed with the property, the amenities, and the leasing agent. She was very upbeat, cheerful and thorough. She made me feel welcome.
