My overall experience in visiting this community was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The community is conveniently right off the main road. The community gives a feeling of stress relief and the ultimate comfort feeling of relaxation.

The staff was polite and professional. I felt comfortable viewing this property. The apartments are great and the bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets. There are full size washers/dryers, patios and large bathrooms. Some apartments have standard white appliances with white cabinets and counters. There are apartments with granite counters and stainless appliances. The amenities are great. There is a resident lounge/java bar, 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour business center, concierge services and a resort style courtyard. The common areas are well maintained. There is shopping and transportation nearby. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

I found the property had a great location. It was very presentable and pretty. The amenities were nice and available. I liked the idea of the washer/dryer right in the apartment. The concierge is a nice idea to help residents with needs. The apartment was a nice size, not too small, not to big. I also liked the 10 foot ceilings which gave the apartment a more airy feeling. The staff I met at the time of my visit were professional and friendly and caring for my needs.

I was very impressed from the moment I stepped out onto the spotless garage floor. This appears to be a very well-run property, staffed by people who are dedicated professionals who truly want to do their best and make a difference. Everyone I met seem3d to be a cut above. The building appears to be very meticulously maintained, and the unit I viewed was fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend this complex, and I would not hesitate to live there!

The clubroom, patio, and swimming pool are amazing. They are well maintained and spotless. The fitness center is clean and well equipped. The building itself is well maintained and clean. The apartments are in very good shape. The leasing professional was friendly, polite, and never stopped smiling.

Everyone on the team was helpful and truly wanted to be there! It felt like one big family!

This is an area great for a commute. There are highways and the parkways and the Metro North is in your back yard. There is shopping all around the community.

I had a pleasant time visiting the community. I thought everything about the property was beautiful, from the moment I walked in the front door to all the amenities offered and the apartments themselves. The apartments were spacious, and they offered a lot of standard features that could be hard to find in other places. The building was centrally located, so everyday necessities were close by and transportation would not be an issue. The staff was very friendly and they worked with me to make sure their apartments would be a perfect fit for me. They were able to answer all my questions and never hesitated to make me feel welcome there. The community would be my first choice if I were looking for a place to live in the area.

Overall, the community was attractively designed with soothing colors and lots of natural light. The amenities package was impressive and reasonably priced. The community definitely provides a comfortable lifestyle at an affordable price.

I was extremely impressed with the property. The clubouse was breathtaking. I loved the concept behind it and how modern it was, yet accomodating. I received a warm reception. The overall condition of the amenities, grounds and halls was wonderful. I do believe, however, it was overpriced. For the area, it was slightly overpriced. Asthetically, I would have jumped on it based on the conveniences. I did expect a larger fitness center.

The professionalism of the Merritt River apartment was exceptional and the condition of the community is impeccable.

The property is very nice, clean and inviting. The staff I encountered were all polite and friendly. I found the overall value for the money out of balance though, as I could rent a four bedroom home with a half acre yard for less than this one bedroom apartment leases for.

The property is pristine. From the garage to the apartment door, everything is immaculate. The apartments are cozy and inviting, yet they provide ample space. The bathrooms are larger than one would expect. The kitchens will accommodate those who love to cook and entertain. The facilities are adequate. The exercise room could benefit from more weight training equipment and the club room could be more spacious. I would recommend a separate club room where residents could reserve the space for parties. The business center was well equipped and inviting.

It was a lovely property, well worth the price, particularly since one garage space was included and they were waiving the application and amenity fees. The living room in the apartment I saw was a little smaller than I would like but it was still workable. I would definitely recommend the property. The amenities were great, everything looked new even though the building was almost ten years old. They were upgrading to stainless steel appliances and they want to help you make the place your own with little touches such as painting accent walls any color you would like.
