The community and its amenities were very nice and appealing, but not any different than any other property would have.

The community offers great value for the money. There are a lot of amenities included in the rent. There is the fitness room, clubroom, valet, the outdoor swimming pool, barbecue and fire pits plus one covered parking space. You could even throw a private party for free in the clubroom for up to four hours for free. The community throws its own parties, as well. On the day that I visited, they were gearing up for an Indian buffet. The building was also pet-friendly, but there are extra fees for having a pet. When apartments become available, they are generally updated and I will say that they need it. The wall colors and the wall-to-wall carpeting in the model apartment I viewed, seemed dull and outdated. The appliances were old fashioned. I also truly disliked the stucco texture of the walls. The ceilings were tall, which was great. Despite the height, I thought that the living room seemed rather cramped. The apartment I viewed did not seem particularly spacious or light, bright and modern. I like to think of an apartment as a sanctuary, and while I can envision myself comfortably lounging around that nice pool, I do not think I would have that same level of comfort inside an apartment. Then again, I viewed only the model. In any event, the leasing personnel and staff at the concierge desk all seemed quite friendly. The community is close to everything and within walking distance if transportation.

I felt the outdoor facilities were outstanding and the structure was good for the area. I felt that the community was perfect for someone looking for hotel type living.

My experience was a positive one. The leasing professional was friendly, pleasant, and professional. She asked the correct questions and was able to show me an appealing apartment.

The leasing agent was organized, well spoken, confident and enthusiastic about the property she was representing. The property was very well cared for. All the amenities I saw were maintained well. The fitness center was fresh and clean. The floors were clean in the hallways and common areas. The office was neat, the clubhouse was nice and I loved the layout of the apartments. They were very generous in space. The upgraded ones nicely designed. The all white on white apartments needed to go. They bring down the overall impression that you get in a property like this one. The white on white just does not fit. The textured walls were very nice, as well as the plush carpeting. Overall I was very impressed. I left feeling like I would be in great hands with the agent for any future needs. The property was very well maintained.

This location is ideal, because it is adjacent to the highway and the train actually stops on the property. It is very clean and orderly. The amenities are extraordinary, especially the coffee bar. The parking is everywhere and highly accessible. The maintenance has a swift turn around and that is very important to me. I also love the fact that the leasing company organizes events for the community.

The building is beautiful and looks very premium and upscale. The exterior of the building does not have a lot of landscaping, which was not a detraction for me. The standard apartment was a decent value for money, but the upgraded home was as strong value for the money. All of the upgrades that I mentioned make it a great apartment and the current specials make it a good price.

The community was lovely and spotless. The hallways were wider than in most apartment buildings and I loved the high ceilings in the apartment. The clubhouse was breathtaking and modern. I would love to have a party there. My leasing agent seemed very happy to be working there. She tried to make sure I knew all the ins and outs of the community.

I was very impressed with this property and with the leasing agent. He was enthusiastic about the property and showed real pride when showing it to me.

I did not feel valued as a potential resident on these premises. No one took the time to build a rapport or learn about me. It was impersonal and unsatisfactory.

The entrance to this property is difficult for some to find. You have to enter from the side street and the lower level. You can take the garage elevator to the main desk. Or you can enter the parking area with your car and following up to the P4 level.

This community looks and feels like a Vacation Resort full of amenities and upscale living. I was impressed. I liked the fact that it had a concierge, business center and all the amenities. I would definitely see myself moving in based on the presentation I received and amenities and features it offered.

The amenities provided an upper class touch at reasonable prices. Newly updated areas showed the pride in the apartments.

I felt genuine sincerity in my dealings with both leasing professionals. There was no hard sell nor any affectations in their demeanor. I loved the apartment, the amenities and the location.

The presentation was fine. The leasing professional was warm, very engaging and very enthusiastic. He made great eye contact and made me feel very welcomed. I enjoyed my visit very much.
