The apartments were nice, but I think they should renovate the apartments with newer appliances to charge what the going rate was.

Great place to live

I would - and have - recommended this complex to family and friends. The staff is friendly and promptly takes care of maintenance issues, the noise levels are minimal for an apartment, and the property is really well taken care of. I feel safe and at home here.

Only needed someone from maintenance a couple/three times over the last 14 months - on each visit Tony was tremendous.

This community had a lot to offer. It was very clean and affordable and offered all the amenities I would look for in an apartment home.

Great complex with a few drawbacks.

I would recommend Westlake Greens to family and friends. It is a family community with events for all. Apartments are well laid out and the high ceilings make a big difference. Interiors are run of the mill kitchen and bath fixtures (cheap cabinets, decent appliances.). Optional garages can help curb the parking issues when all apartments are occupied. The downsides are uncovered parking, NON optional door to door trash pick up(20$/month and I never used it.). The upsides on the other hand are why I renewed my lease. Great staff, prompt snow removal, Clean grounds. In closing, I enjoy living here and cannot see a reason to leave anytime soon.

The community offers an extraordinary location on the Raccoon Creek golf course. The apartments are upgraded and have the latest in modern features.

The effort made by the leasing professional to address my concerns and what I said was important to me was outstanding. She went way above and beyond the usual by preparing several things for me prior to the visit, and I was very impressed with this. I felt that she was engaged and focused on helping me find the perfect home, and I really appreciated the effort she put forth.

These are nice little apartments tucked back behind some trees. I was impressed that they were back there, but so close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance to a huge mall area.

She made a few good attempts to connect with me and fulfill my apartment requests. She built a connection between my needs and what the apartment and community had to offer. She conveyed a desire to help fill my needs. She created excitement about the idea of my leasing from her.
