The community had many cool little features that were unique to the community, and I had not seen anywhere else. For example, indoor outdoor heated stairways and breezeways that had light fixtures and huge windows in them. That was very appealing.

Westlake offered renovated apartments at a reasonable price. They were close to Southwest Plaza.

The property was having some of the amenities updated, but appeared fairly modern. The agent worked hard to gain a commitment and engage me as a potential customer.

This community appeared rather ordinary from what I saw of the front entrance and the leasing office. It was lacking the wow factor. It could benefit from a interior update and better landscaping.

This park like community had fabulous views of the golf course and green space areas. The community appeared well maintained and clean. The apartments present as aged and in need of modern renovations but were oversized and spacious with plenty of storage space available.

From the point of driving in, you feel that this management company goes above what most other properties in the area do in terms of getting your attention. Once inside, that feeling doesn't stop. It's an older community that is very well maintained and super comfortable. There were never any "age" questions in terms of things looking like they needed replaced or painted.
The leasing skills of the agent on the phone and the one in person made me feel comfortable asking questions and answering them professionally.
When I left, I felt confident in saying that if I had to move to this area of town, I would definitely consider this property, and will definitely recommend to others.

The community reminded me of a resort regarding the pool and barbecue area. I like that they offer a charcoal grill, which is something I have not seen elsewhere. The agent was great without being pushy, and I enjoyed the tour. I felt the price was average for the area, and I would highly recommend this apartment community.
