Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Great location, love the amenities (gym, game room, pool, rooftop deck), and also think my apartment is very nice -- attractive finishes, well laid out floor plan, etc.
We are so happy to hear how much you enjoy our community!

Cost can get out of control. Recommend only if sharing with mult tenants
Thank you for your response, the downtown Denver market fluctuates a lot during the year for pricing, so hopefully we can all communicate and get the rates where they need to be.

I would not recommend it only because i dont think the ballpark neighbor is that great to live in, not the building itself. Plus as i said before the pricing here is not that great. I always tell people if they want to pay a lot of money, go live at the platform at union station, and if they want more space for the same amount go to rhino or live closer to 18th street., or if they want to be in a really hip neighborhood just go live in the highlands. I think the ballpark is not that great of a neighborhood especially not for the price that battery charges current residents. I originally moved in because prices were not that bad at broadstone, and to me it was worth it to live in a not as cool neighborhood, but with the current prices i would not pay that much to live in this neighborhood.
Thank you for your response. Each neighborhood downtown has something unique to offer and different rates to compare.

It's just really expensive for the area, and they seem to just arbitrarily raise the rent year over yer, even though rents in the surrounding areas have gone down recently.
Thank you for your response. The downtown market fluctuates on a daily basis, we work with the other communities in the surrounding area to help decide on rates and make sure we match the market where needed and so on, hopefully you start to see this matching across the market when you are comparing rates again soon.

I would - because it's an beautiful building, and great location, and great amenities.

I would not- because it's so expensive, and valet trash is required.
