The price of rent and parking here is significantly lower than many of the other apartment buildings in the area and I think the value for the price is good. There are definitely a handful of things that could be improved, but for the price, I do think this is a decent value.

The package receiving process should improve. I had to pay to begin using the lockers, and my packages still sit in the main office without being placed in the lockers or my mailbox. Very disappointing, and I work during the office open hours so I am unable to retrieve my packages that are left there.

The pool could be bigger and it the fees on top of rent are higher than what I was told at pre-leasing

Elevators are very slow and inconvenient because they're frequently broken. Parking is not ideal. All other aspects are great.

The hallways and elevators are usually dirty. I can hear every footstep of my upstairs neighbor. It feels more like a college dorm than a home.

Elevators are too annoyingly slow. There is no email to easily contact management, I don't want to call or walk in. Packages are often left at the front desk even though we all have Parcel Pending, really annoying for those of us who aren't free until after office hours.

The downtown market rents fluctuate on a daily basis. we work closely with the neighboring communities in order to maintain the correct rental rates for the market. There are many different factors that play into how we price an apartment. If your concerned on your renewal rate, we'd be happy to look into it for you.

Elevators are constantly under repair. Hot tub is poorly maintained. Usually dirty or under tempeture. Package delivery is not always reliable or secure

I WOULD NOT because of the amount you people want for rent. And you pay for amenities that are novelties like the bowling alley that no one uses.
