Wasteful water use!

If you get home late plan on walking to your apartment because, the parking is full and you will have to park where you can for a space. Also the amenities are expensive ...You pay your utilities for the city and the utilities for this place when they are wasteful with the water and let it run in the streets lights are on in the daytime and night. Usually cant use the indoor hot tub because it doesn t work or is closed by the time you come home from work in door pool is suppose to be heated and is not. People going through and picking in the trash. Also state that certain breeds are not allowed but are here in the complex. Other than that it is ok. Never lived in an apartment complex before.

Not the ideal apartment complex

It's better than being homeless.

Awesome!

Nice, quiet, beautiful and very well kept landscape, if you need a repair they quickly respond, friendly people, neighbors are considerate, front desk very, very nice!

Nice, Quite, comfortable, reasonably priced living

I'd tell them that it allows pets, has reasonable rates, is fairly quite and centrally located with outdoor activities galore within walking distance. I'd also mention the utilities and how unfortunately the apartments themselves aren't well insulated and you'll be freezing in winter.

Living here used to be much better.

Shared utilities are charged, but wasted. Outdoor lighting for parking lot was kept on 24/7 for months, yet we were charged for the extra electrical cost. Also, damaged water pipes leak under the sidewalks daily, resulting in pooling, wasted water, and we are also charged for the extra water usage. We do not feel that this is fair. Appliances are very old, and not in the best working order. A new air conditioning unit was badly needed this summer, and we had to force managment to get that installed, since my husband is terminally ill, and the heat during the summer with no A/C was not good for his health. We just renewed our lease and requested new carpet be installed, since it was old when I moved in over 3 years ago. Management stated they would "look at it". I am wondering if/when this will happen?

A lot different from other communities; both good and bad

Depends where you live and what neighbors you have. If you need maintenance it can be frustrating. Issues it not really checked out thoroughly...its quick in and quick out. Other than that, normal apartment community

I used to feel this was a friendlier, better maintained facility prior to recent transfer of ownership....

It used to be better. New company is not maintaining the grounds as well as previous owners, security lighting in hallways and parking lots have been left on for months straight, day and night, and residents are being charged for it. Grounds are full of brown spots and weeds. Dog feces are not being cleaned up by residents.

For the most part, things are good; office staff very nice

I would tell them that Ridgeview has very good management staff and the units themselves are pretty much like all other apartment communities. You have good neighbors and bad ones!

okay

Parking is good now that we have anassigned parking place.

It's ok

It's ok, I still don't understand why we pay a $28 water bill when they don't water the lawn and last summer the sprinklers were on when it was raining?

Disappointing

The apartments are decent although poorly insulated against the cold outside, the rent is reasonable but the parking problem is out of control and the management doesn't seem to think there is a problem.

Bad Management

The apartments are decent, the rent is reasonable but the parking is a mess and the management makes stupid decisions about it.

Overpriced but good apartments,

Overall, it's a good place to live but the office staff has too much turn over so no one can answer questions promptly and accurately. THey don't return phonecalls, so you have to make sure to get in the office before they close. As far as the apartments go, they're not bad. Only complaint is that it isn't insulated for cold very well.

A decent place to live with a friendly staff.

The apartments are decent, the staff is friendly and there are some nice amenities. The only complaint I have is about the parking. Many non-residents park here over night and I and some of my neighbors have complained to the office multiple times and they refuse to do anything about it. The current rule is they only tow if someone is parked her for 48 hours solid. This is pointless. They park here overnight and leave in the morning then come back the next night. It should be changed to if you are parked here and do not have resident tag you should be towed. They don't seem to care that their tenants are continually frustrated when they come home and have nowhere to park and complain about it repeatedly. My complaints and requests for some kind of decision continue to fall on deaf ears.
