Management Is terrible

This apartment complex is money hungry. I cant wait for my lease to be up. There is always something with payment, and they don't help at all. Very unknowledgable staff.
We are very disappointed to hear that we have not met your service needs. Our goal is to provide you with an apartment you are proud to call home and a team that exceeds your expectations. Please let us know what we can do to turn this around for you and make it your best living experience. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time out of your day to provide feedback.

I'm very happy here

Thank you so much for your great feedback! We take pride in our property and genuinely care about our residents. Please let us know if there is anything you need.

very nice and quiet.

Very nice and quiet and beautiful.

Awesome

I love it here Everyone is great and neighbors are friendly. My only issue is that my neighbors above are always having parties and their dog is always barking... But other then that clean, well kept and great community.

Lived here 2 years

Pros I love the location, love the staff, price is reasonable, I feel safe living here. It is centrally located in the Springs, so it is easy to get anywhere in the springs. People here are nice and it has mature trees, nice private decks and backs up to the beautiful Palmer Park.

Cons poorly insulated so even though there is air conditioning and heat, it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. You can feel the air seeping through the old windows. I bought an air conditioner and space heater, that makes it comfortable enough to sleep.

Also, check the price of their Yes Energy Management that is basically your water and trash bill, seems high to me.

Mail room is sometimes locked when it should be open.

Wonderful place

wonderful place to live. We love it here. I do have issues with some things that have not been followed through with. And not watching certain things that happen at the pool
Thank you so much for your positive feedback about our community. I would love to talk to you about any issues that you may be having. Please call or stop by the office at your earliest convenience so we can work on making your home even more enjoyable.

Feels more like home than my last five apartments

Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Parking can be a bit scarce, but that is a non-issue. I have not had to park too far away. My wife and I love it here

Not bad for low level apartment

We moved here for the express purpose of using the hot tub and heated swimming pool. Unfortunately well over half the time they have been out of order...the pool reached 58 degrees severL times, the hot tub causes rashes and the bubbles no longer work. Big disappointment for my required physical therapy.
I apologize that in the past we have had some issues with the hot tub and swimming pool heater. I wanted to let you that we now have brand new heaters in the hot tub and both swimming pools to eliminate that issue. I also wanted to assure you that both of our pools and hot tubs chemical levels are checked daily and are at the recommended levels. Thank you again for your feedback.

A great place to call home

At times it is hard to find a parking, I find that if I am home about 5 or 6 its ok but if I get home after 8 00pm I have to park on the other side of the apartments which is hard and kinda dangerous if you are walking at night with kids. Also they only have one washer and dryer for our building to share other than that it is great

Thanks

Thank you for the prompt maintenance services. I hadn't noticed the oven and sink were fixed until this morning. The office services have improved since I moved in, I appreciate the help. I just put 4 stars for the noise because I don't hear them much, not because I can hear them all too well.
We are so glad to hear that our office and maintenance team are meeting your expectations! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

These apartments are decent.

For the price, you do not get what you would expect. The structure and fixtures in the unit are not the highest quality and the appliances are old.

Still debating

I was told that my neighbors had a dog but they aren t home often so they are quiet. My neighbors above me are loud and their dog makes a lot of noise. I still feel some kind of way about how long it takes maintenance to get a job done. I was told they are suppose to complete work within 42 hours and in the past they entered my home without permission after the 42 hours to complete work. I informed the office a while ago about the crack I see in the tile upon entrance into my home that wasn t there when I moved in and that I did not do. I assume it was done during one of the visits from maintenance after the 42 hour range and it has not been fixed yet. Despite these issues, I love my apartment itself that s the only benefit from this entire ordeal. I wonder where these cars come from because the parking lot gets super full at night where I can t park in front of my building.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I apologize if maintenance entered your apartment after the 48 hour guarantee we strive to fix our resident issues in a timely manner. Also please call or email the office with the apartment number of the dog that makes a lot of noise so that we may notify the resident.

Thank you- Ridgeview Place Management

Management is great.

Management and maintenance are great. The apartment is drafty and could benefit from some insulation. Parking is ok during the day but terrible in the evening.
Thank you for your kind remarks. Please visit the office and let us know if we can get our maintenance staff out to see if we can do anything about drafts in your apartment. You may also contact the office if you would like us to see if there is a carport spot near your apartment so that you will always have a place to park in the evening.
We pay way more than we should for these apartments, we deserve parking in front of our buildings without having to pay extra for a covered parking spot. This is a pathetic attempt to get more money out of your tenants. Us long time residence remember when they used to have assigned parking so you could at least have one spot in front of your building. That went away several years ago and it needs to come back! There are in considerate residence that park work vehicles and two or more  personal vehicles right up front causing other residence to walk from across the complex to get to their apartment. My wife, myself (which only have one vehicle) and our little child had to walk half the complex back to our apartment in the snow and we came across another couple that was doing the same thing and they too said this is a constant problem. Now they are investing money into a dog park but no parking so anyone living in this area will have no parking at all because of other residence parking in front of their building to go to the park. Instead of a dog park a parking lot would have made more sense. People that have the extra vehicles then would have a place to put them.

I myself have tried to get maintenance to fix my freezing apartment several times but it still is drafty. It does not help that the apartments have the original windows from when they were first built and that the heat registers are on the ceiling, heat rises this does not help the matter when the heat stays along the ceiling. If there were ceiling fans that you could put on reverse to push the heat down this would help but unfortunately the apartments were built at a time when ordinances did not allow for fixtures in the ceilings. Then they have the thermostat right next to the furnace so the heat from the furnace only warms up the thermostat and not the apartment because it shuts off before the apartment gets warm. Fixing the bad ducts and adding more insulation would help with some of this since you can not feel hardly any air coming out of the registers in the bedrooms. Other residence have complained about this as well when I have talked to them.

Take the money you are wasting on a dog park and put it into your apartments.  Put the money into the place where your residence spend most of their time, their apartments! After all we are the ones providing you with that money.

I will also address other issues in other comments on here. The hot tub is broke more then it is up. I have come to soak in it after a hard days work doing heavy lifting just to find out it is down yet again.

You pay for the utilities for the common areas. I have not had the problem of the lights being on during the day, mine is they are off at night. Not a single light on in front of my building or in the stair well. This is a safety issue.

p.s. all the patches they did to make the apartment look presentable to rent have came off a month after moving in. I want them to give me what I have been paying them for all these years already.

Wasteful water use!

If you get home late plan on walking to your apartment because, the parking is full and you will have to park where you can for a space. Also the amenities are expensive ...You pay your utilities for the city and the utilities for this place when they are wasteful with the water and let it run in the streets lights are on in the daytime and night. Usually cant use the indoor hot tub because it doesn t work or is closed by the time you come home from work in door pool is suppose to be heated and is not. People going through and picking in the trash. Also state that certain breeds are not allowed but are here in the complex. Other than that it is ok. Never lived in an apartment complex before.

Not the ideal apartment complex

It's better than being homeless.
