Some features in the apartment shown were somewhat outdated, although clean and in excellent condition. The dishwasher was old, and the refrigerator was a basic apartment unit. The apartment was clean and ready for move in, and amenities were new or like new and in great condition.

The apartments are centrally located. You have a bank, grocery store, schools and gas station directly across the street from the apartments.

The value of what you get for the money was decent but the staff just did not seem helpful or interested in having me come and live there.

The property was clean and beautiful despite the fact it had stormed the night before, I would have expected a ton of leaves and debris and there weren't. The office feels comfortable and easy. It smelled fresh and looked professional.
I can't comment on the amenities because I didn't see any. The model is beautiful.

The community is very pleasing to the eye. The landscaping was nicely done and I especially liked that the buildings were on different levels (due to the hilly terrain). It felt more like a little city unto itself rather than an apartment complex.

This was a very nice, smaller community. They offered great amenities and a great location.

The setting at Stone Cliff Heights was lovely. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well cared for. The staff was friendly and professional.

The agent did a great job with her style in selling. She was great personality wise and was very professional. The property was not much different from any others. It did not stand out as far as what they had to compete with other communities.

The leasing professional handled the tour very well, and she was able to easily relate my stated needs for housing with the inventory available. I would definitely have felt comfortable renting an apartment from her.

The leasing professional made no attempt to connect with me. She did not ask me any leading questions, neither reacted when I said that I had sold my home. The leasing professional did not build a connection between my needs and what the apartment or community had to offer. She did not convey a desire to help fill my needs. She did not create any excitement about the idea of my leasing from her.
