I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

The agent was professional and seemed to be well organized and detailed.

This community is nice and comfortable. It has amenities that everyone would enjoy. It is near entertainment and restaurants.

The community is attractive and appealing. It feels well cared for and modern. The leasing professionals built confidence and made me feel they cared about residents. The community felt like an easy place to call home.

I have been here for 4 months.  This place is oversold, it offers little value for what you get. At first glance it looks pretty good but the longer I live here the more I realize it is all smoke and mirrors. I can feel the floor in my apt shake when people walk up the stairs.  I don't hear much noise but the shaking of the apt. is unnerving. The "high tech"business center is a couple tired old computers, the "fitness center" is a joke, and they close the pool at will for private parties or who knows what.  The grounds are kept up well but that's about it, but forget about enjoying the grass because many of the pet owners don't pick up their pet waste.  It's obvious after living here that the management cuts corners on building maintenance.  Looking around at the buildings they are already falling apart on the exterior and inside my unit appears as though it was painted by either the blind or a crew of kindergardeners, it is really that bad.  Inside the apartment they have the cheapest appliances I have ever seen.  The leasing agents are super friendly before you sign the lease, but after the lease is signed act as though you are just a thorn in their side whenever issues come up.  Overall I would avoid this place and keep looking.

I was favorably impressed with the amenities at the community. The pool area was very appealing with flower pots that enhanced the appeal. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would be comfortable referring family or friends to this community without hesitation.

Very convenient location, prompt and helpful maintenance service people, lots of storage, beautifully maintained.

The walls are paper thin.
I can hear my neighbors:
- go to the bathroom
- blow their noise
- move furniture
- talk if it's with any volume
- I could go on and on....

This community was a very clean and neat community. Their personnel had great customer service and they were very helpful. I would recommend these apartments to others.

I have read through the previous reviews and some have good/valid points. I am in my second year lease and absolutely love living here. The floor plan fits my desire and it's pretty up to date. Every time I have had a maintenance request they have been right on top of it. Was everything done top notch - no, but was it fixed - yes! I'm not the type of person that everything has to be perfect in order for life to be good. The a/c or central air in my unit needs to be adjusted every spring and the heater every fall. You can have a grill here, you just have to have an electric one. I rarely need anything from the front office but when I do, and just like previous reviews stated, they never answer the phone and you have to go down to the office to get it done. When you get down there no one is in any type of hurry to help and it's almost like you are a bother. However, once you state your business they are friendly and are very efficient. Like I said - i don't go down there often. I think everyone should take pride in where they live so don't just leave it up to the leasing office. I try to cheer them up when I go down. How would you like to hear - I need this, I need that all day long? I know it's their job but hearing complaints all day long gets old.

It's nice and quiet. The apartments nice but cheaply repaired. Our counter tops are painted with wall paint and chip and stain very easily. Whoever touched up the wall paint did a terrible job and our carpets had a few stains when we moved in. If you would like to have the freedom to choose your own TV/internet provider, look elsewhere because you can only have Directv or centurylink....which by the way, both of those companies have terrible customer service. Alot of the residents don't pick up after their pets, so watch where you walk. And lastley I would say be careful who you speak to in the front office...we had alot of problems with the girl that got us started...and there have been a few times I've called to ask a question about my rent/lease and one of the girls had no idea where to even look to find the information I was asking about it. It's an apartment though, what can you expect.....

the front office never answers the phone. they owe me my second deposit and said they paid it back and are now saying i need to pay them nearly the same amount as an over due payment which is absolutely not the case. i have never been so frustrated to live in someplace and not feel like i can get the customer service i deserve.

I parked directly in front of the community but when we walked around, I got to see a better view of the community. This community is in perfect condition and there was not one single piece of trash I saw on-site.

The rental rates at this community offered an excellent value. The buildings, grounds and amenities were spotless. The one bedroom floor plan I viewed had a laundry room conveniently located by the front door so it could also function as mud room.

The community has great amenities and the floorplans and pricing are a good value for the area. The only thing that I was not impressed with were the old cabinets.
