I thought that the community was elegant. It was gorgeous. My consultant was awesome and really seemed genuine about wanting me to move in there. He was very personable, accommodating, kind, and professional. I thought the rental rate was excellent for what I would get at this community. I would move there in a heartbeat if I did not have a house.

The community was clean, and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and came across as captivating. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences, and exhibited a level of engagement that was outstanding.

The property was impressive with the cleanliness and design. However, the rental rate was high which detracted from the overall value.

The Enclave at Warner Center was a state-of-the-art community. The leasing agent was professional and friendly. The apartment was large with a lot of cabinet space and storage. The amenities were great as well. They even had events for residents.

The community seems like a friendly place to live. The staff seem to really enjoy their jobs.

I think this apartment community is maintained meticulously and shows very well. The customers are well taken care of. The agent was cordial, detail oriented, and did everything possible to make me feel at home and want to lease here.

Romaine gave a fantastic tour of the community and the apartments. She took a lot of time explaining to me the differences in the floor plans and asking what I liked about each one. She was able to recap that the community and apartments had everything that I had said I was looking for. She created a true sense of urgency to place a hold on the apartment so that I would not lose it while I was still looking. I felt very welcomed at the community based on Romaine's friendly, professional, knowledgeable and personalized presentation.

The building was beautifully maintained and I was impressed at the size of the apartments. What really made my visit special was the Leasing Consultant. She remembered all of the details of our telephone conversation and really made an effort to match me with the floor plan that would be best for me based on what I told her. She asked me several times if the two apartments that I viewed would work for me and made an effort to help me figure out where to put my furniture. She really personalized the visit and I felt at home. I would truly recommend this place to friends and family. I would consider living there if I needed a place to live.
