The staff was great. I did not like the cement hallways. I found the parking to be too far from the apartments I was being shown. It was a long way down the corridors to the garage opening and then the same distance to my car and back. Way to far for me. The building was lovely. The clubhouse, theater, gym, and computer rooms were all done beautifully. The plants around the pool need to be re-addressed. They were skimpy and needed replacement. All in all, it was a good location. The exterior was well maintained. The hallways were austere. I would suggest that a small bridge be built to extend from the furthest apartments into the parking structure. I can see why the two apartments I was shown would be a turn off, due to the distance to parking. Otherwise, the presentation was excellent. The apartments were lovely.

This is a beautiful property located near the freeway and shopping malls. The apartments are spacious and have walk-in closets. The apartments come with a washer/dryer. They have a pool, business center, fitness center, movie theater and a clubhouse for the residents. I would love to call this place home.

I can envision myself living there. It was a nice, clean, friendly community with all the amenities like the pool, fitness center and business center.

Considering the incident that happened I probably would decline to rent the property based on that. I would want to know if there was random people who do not live there gaining access to the building. However the community was clean, the amenities were amazing but I think the apartments could be more modern for the price.

I liked the community, pricing, presentation and amenities. Staff were knowledgeable and professional and I think the value was definitely there. I would consider renting it but I would still continue searching in the area since on my way driving there I saw newer communities in a better location. I guess what I am trying to say is they have to have a good knowledge of their comparable communities in the area.

The community was in excellent condition and had beautiful, modern amenities. The agent was friendly, professional, and showed genuine interest in helping me. I would have leased an apartment and would recommend it to a friend.

The living room in the one bedroom model was very small. The gym was ok, nothing special or modern. The community is on a quiet street and well cared for.

I feel the community was an above average property. It was impeccably maintained and clean. Overall the building was quiet and secure. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

The staff was very professional and kind. The apartments were gorgeous. They had so many different floor plans and the grounds were awesome. It was like a resort away from home. Palm trees and greenery everywhere on the premises. The parking spaces were even spacious. The agent had nothing but positive words in regards to the community and the surrounding area.

The community is clean and appealing but the price for the apartments are a little too high.

Based on my experience and interaction with the leasing professional I would be very likely to recommend the community. I found the community amenities to be extraordinary. The community was exceptionally clean, and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and came across as captivating. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences, and exhibited a level of engagement that was outstanding. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was superhuman, and the presentation of the community was amazing. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the community home was thrilling. I felt what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was commendable. I envisioned the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as being fabulous.

The community had an outstanding and modern style. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and freeway access.

The community has a lot to offer in amenities and is located in an area with lots of conveniences. The apartment is spacious and provides the area you need to make it fit your needs. The leasing agent was very helpful and enthusiastic throughout the onsite visit. She made me feel like she was there just for me and my needs. She is a big plus for this community.

The community and amenities were impressive and clean. The leasing agent gave a nice demonstration of the apartment and made it personal.

The customer service was excellence. Karen covered every detail. I did not like the raw concrete in the hallways. It looked unfinished and drab. The community was quiet and elegant. The pool seemed to small to service enough residents.
