Professional and helpful staff to assist residents was an added plus to living in the community. Close to a major streets which made access to stores, beach, and major amusement parks easy.

The customer service was really good and sincere. Several big trees were nice. The garages seemed good and the location was near the freeways.

The atmosphere was very professional and enjoyable.

The biggest issue I had with the community was the parking. I had to circle around twice, before I decided to call to find out where I could park. The only parking available was the one disabled spot right near the office. I would not rent here, because I would not want my guests to have to worry about parking whenever they wanted to visit me.

Michelle was cheerful and upbeat. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in the community and apartment.

I would recommend the property to people looking to live in the area.

The property was a basic apartment community in Anaheim. The apartment community offered nothing to set them apartment from similar communities in the area.

This community was very nice and well maintained. I felt that the lease amount based on the apartment and community amenities was a little too expensive.

The customer service I experienced was very commendable and I felt very comfortable. The apartment floor plan I was shown was very nice, featured a private patio area, and was reasonably priced. However, the community was very moderate and featured only one very small swimming pool, a cabana area, and two laundry facilities. On the plus side, it was near to major attractions and freeways. Depending on the circumstances, I may or may not recommend this community.
