The customer service I received was pleasant and accommodating. This was a modest, but decently maintained community. The pools were very small, but there were a couple of nice barbecue areas. The floor plan I viewed offered adequate space and storage, but could benefit from some kitchen updates. The price was reasonable for what you would receive.

I had a great experience at San Carlos. The community was very clean and presentable. The amenities were good, but not great. They were not outdated, but they also were not up to par with the new modern amenities. It was a quiet, calm community. The apartment itself was fabulous. Definitely a great price for what you receive. Very spacious and a great style inside of the apartment all around. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

I would recommend this apartment community. It is a well kept community. The staff was friendly and they have on-site maintenance. I would love to have a little more appliances and not a shared garage. I would not want an additional expense of having to purchase or renting an appliance, however that would be durable because of the price the apartment rents for.

The leasing office was easy to find. The community was only 150 apartments. It felt personable, and it felt like the office staff would care about the residents. It was great that it was gated and the parking was covered or a shared garage. The apartment was larger than many apartments out there and the layout was great for opening up the apartment. The natural light coming through the apartment I toured was great. The heater in the living room was a turn off. The pool was a little small and looked like a bedpan but it was clean. Other than those two things and neither one of those were deal breakers, I would definitely be comfortable living in the community.

My overall perception as a real customer considering leasing at this community was just ok I could be ok living her for a little while if I had to, it is a normal typical complex nothing special just a place to live.

This was a modest two story apartment with comfortable ordinary amenities. It was a Gated Access community, with beautiful landscaping, a small swimming pool, BBQ with Picnic Areas, a Laundry Care Center, and On-Site Maintenance. It was conveniently located near shopping, dining, public parks and the 22 Freeway. The leasing staff was talented, professional, polite and courteous. The upkeep of the community was notable. The leasing agent gave a comprehensive presentation and tour. Her service was outstanding. The value was a decent price for the apartment and the features. I would recommend the community to friends and family.
