The community was well managed and clean. The clubhouse was nice but very expensive to rent. The staff was very friendly.

She got me actively involved in the apartment presentation. The property and apartment were clean and well maintained. All amenities were clean. The apartment and amenities were nothing extraordinary. I think I would be happy living at this property. I would recommend this property to others.

The leasing consultant was charming, pleasant, and professional. She was able to sell the apartment without being pushy or overbearing. She made an effort to make me feel comfortable and to establish the beginnings of a friendship. I would have leased based on her attention to me.

Letavia did a great job during the tour by allowing me to enter the apartment first. she was able to see where I went to in the apartment and then spoke about what I was looking at.

This was a very nice community; however, the lack of a washer/dryer and refrigerator added over $100 to the monthly cost of the apartment. The appliances were dated but clean. The apartment looked nice and well prepared for the next resident. The consultant did an excellent job presenting the community and apartment. She was confident and well prepared. She was someone I would look forward to dealing with.

This was a nice, clean, well kept community. The office looked newly remodeled. The apartment I saw was very clean, painted, and had new carpet. The community had a lot of nicely groomed greenery.

The staff was great. The loud, barking dog was a concern.

Overall, the presentation was nice. I could tell it was an older property and the kitchen needed to be upgraded.

The customer service I experienced when calling and visiting this community was certainly commendable. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The community itself was only moderate to slightly nice. The apartment was clean and cozy and featured a nice private balcony with laundry connections. However, the kitchen cabinets looked a little out of date and a refrigerator was not included. The amenities were clean and well maintained. Overall the rent was slightly pricey for what was offered. The surrounding area was conveniently located to a lake, walking trails and other shopping conveniences. Depending on the circumstances, I may or may not recommend this community.
