Such a great location and you can not beat the on-site staff. Friendly and quick to respond. You will be happy if you rent here.

The community was very clean and there were lots of trees. There was plenty of parking and the staff was great. The apartment size was livable.

These apartments seemed very cool, stable, still, secure and peaceful. I did not like the idea that in some of the apartments you had to furnish your own refrigerator and that in others your own washer/dryer. I was more comfortable with "all set to go." Other than new appliances, I found it difficult to find out what the difference was between the old apartments and the newly renovated apartments.

Based on my visit to the community, I would have rented if I needed an apartment. The property was nice, clean and had the amenities I need. The representative was very helpful, polite and would be someone I would rent from if I needed an apartment.

The community offered a recreation room, fitness center, laundry facility, pool, spa and grilling area. The upkeep was notable and nicer than most other communities in the area. The leasing professional came across as talented, hard working, caring and enthusiastic. She genuinely cared about meeting my apartment needs, was very natural and engaging. The rental rate was reasonable but the apartments could use updates. It was a fair value for what I would receive and I might or might not recommend the apartment to friends or relatives.
