I have lived in the desert for a long time and have passed this property many times. Yesterday as I entered, it gave me a new, very inviting prospective. Upon entering, being greeting by one young lady, then meeting Yvette who was very personable, very friendly and very knowledgeable about her product and service. She showed a desire to truly assist us in our needs. She never made us feel like we took too much of her time, but rather took the time needed to detail the many amenities the property has and a willingness to accommodate us on where on the property we would like to reside if available. We envisioned ourselves enjoying all the wonderful features of the property. As we drove away, we felt we would much enjoy living there.

The community has a lot more amenities than most communities. From the theater, to the six pools including a lap pool, made it the more inviting. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made it inviting to want to live in such a community. All that the community has to offer seems well worth the price.

The grounds were undergoing the re-seeding and winter planting process when I toured, but it was clear they were well maintained. The amenities were impressive. The leasing agent was thorough and knowledgeable. The model was well furnished and presented a positive picture.

I was very impressed with the overall condition of the property. The grounds were like a resort. The buildings were older but looked to be in very good condition. I would rate the community as very good and would most definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for nice place to live with good surroundings.
