The community was well maintained and lovely. The clubhouse was gorgeous. The amenities were very nice. Better then most places.

This community had everything one could possibly want or need, except washers and dryers in the apartments. The consultant was probably the best consultant I have ever met with. She was confident without being agressive and knew her product in great detail. She did not miss any oportunities to point out features that I had said were important to me. She talked about the managing company in a positive manner and made me feel like I would love to live there.

The grounds were resort like and pleasing to the eye. I especially liked the wide window ledges that allowed the windows to be shaded.

My family would love to call the community home. The agent described the management and the maintenance, as well as the resident service as first class. She told me about the community activities.

The value was exceptional for the amenities and apartment that were available. The property was beautiful and every member of the staff I encountered was so friendly. It was a wonderful experience!

The amenities at the community were amazing, everything was so nice and looked brand new. I legitimately wanted to stay and hang out in the theater room, and was jealous of the resident that was enjoying the super nice gym equipment. The heated pool for the winter sounded awesome and even though I had never played tennis I was excited to hear that they give free lessons in the winter. It really seemed like it would be very easy to talk to anyone in management if there was a problem. Every employee seemed to be friendly. The landscaping was done very nicely as well, I was actually trying to find even the smallest piece of trash somewhere and I could not. Every bush, tree, flower, plant, or patch of grass looked great. The whole place was kept up very well.

This community was absolutely beautiful. It was well maintained and rivaled a resort. I found the Leasing Consultant to be warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow! From the moment I walked in to this beautiful community I was impressed. The leasing professionals were dressed nicely, they were friendly, professional, enthusiastic, caring, personable and more. The leasing office was stunning. Decorated in blues and browns, it was clean, spacious and the perfect temperature with temperatures outside well over 100, it was nice and cool inside. The presentation and tour she gave was by far the best I have ever been on. I actually felt I forgot I was doing a shop and actually saw myself living there! It was extremely clean and well maintained and the conversation was very enjoyable as well as informative. I would recommend this community and the leasing agent a hundred times over!!!

I really thought this property had a lot to offer in the way of amenities. I actually got excited about the theater room and clubhouse. In the clubhouse they offer cooking classes and a lunch to all resident's once a month. The residents can rent the clubhouse for private parties or even use the conference room for work events. There are not allot of places that offer all this community has to offer. I would move here. The staff is very polite and helpful in every way. It was a good and pleasing overall experience for me. I enjoyed visiting this community.

Based on it being such a nice community and that the leasing agent stated that there had been a 13 million dollar renovation five years ago, I was surprised that there were no garages or washer/dryers in the apartments.

The amenities and grounds are beautiful. You definitely feel like you're on vacation here.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Regent Palm Desert apartments and was excited about what they had to offer. The community was well taken care of and they had some really great amenities that most places did not offer. The leasing agent was very nice. The apartments were good sized and in great condition. The leasing agent did a great job highlighting the community's advantages and catering the tour to what she thought would best suit my needs. The community had a resort feel to it and everything I would want in a community.
