I did not like the rock stairways to the upstairs, they felt hazardous. I did not like the way the porches looked from the outside. But, the look of the pools, gardens and tennis courts were very nice.

The community had everything one could think of. They got me with the Starbucks coffee and the theater room. I travel a lot and it reminded me of a couple resorts I had visited. Everything residents needed was right there, except a convenience store. The staff was warm and helpful. My only draw back would be the lack of washer/dryer or laundry connections.

I felt that this was a quality organization based on my interaction, both on the telephone and in person. The one thing that I noticed while on tour was that one of the fountains was not operating. Overall, I had a favorable impression of the staff plus the community.

The community was very well maintained, and the amenities were outstanding. The clubhouse, coffee bar, theater, and fitness center made living at the community feel like it was like living with friends and family. I was treated as a valued customer and enjoyed the experience of being shown the apartment and the community.

A very nice community. I loved the putting green and tennis courts. Free tennis lessons too. The grounds were well maintained and it was calm. The apartments were spacious and newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and focused on my wants and needs.

Well maintained and remodeled aged community. The grass was brown and car wash removed due to drought.

To see so many obvious repairs not taken care of made me wonder how the repairs were really taken care of when needed. It made me question the community, the staff, and the management company with how they treated the employees.

For the money, I would consider the community a real value.

The leasing professional moved me through the leasing procedure effectively and was a pleasant person to spend time with. She demonstrated value, created urgency, and established personal rapport. She was friendly and represented the community as the same. She showed me all the amenities, overcame my objection and led the conversation. I would certainly have leased based on her presentation. She gave the impression she wanted to assist. She instilled confidence in the community by saying she loved living there. She said it was a great place to live and management made attempts to meet the resident needs.

The community felt like a resort with its nicely appointed clubhouse and large pool/spa area near the office. The grounds were immaculate and the model nicely staged. The lack of a washer/dryer in the apartment was the only downside I observed.
