The customer service that I received while calling and visiting this community was very commendable and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The community was very cozy and peaceful offering open tree lined streets and nicely landscaped picnic areas. The apartment I was shown was open and spacious and offered at a reasonable rate for what you would receive. The community was very convenient to major shopping, freeways, and restaurants. On the downside, this community did not offer a swimming pool which would be very beneficial since this is an inland community. Overall, I would still most likely recommend this community.

I felt the community was overpriced and lacked community amenities such as a pool area, clubhouse and gates. I did not feel comfortable with the freeway being so close to the community. I could envision a car falling onto one of the buildings from the freeway. I would expect a washer/dryer within each apartment for the price they were asking.

The associate was very polite and seemed very nice. She was able to answer my questions and did go over the key features.

If my son was not special needs and we could move where ever and whenever we wanted, I would rent that two story three bedroom/two and a half bath town home in a hot minute. It was a real home with a driveway and a two car garage, washer and dryer hook-ups and a fireplace in the living room. The unit sits on a tree lined street. It was an actual home.

The community was ordinary in appearance and what I would expect from a property like this. The leasing professional was prepared and had a cheerful personality. She was sincere and natural in her approach. She presented the community with my needs as her focus, The thought of calling this community was indifference, however, the pricing was fair for the value. I could make it work based upon the apartment features. I would likely recommend the community to friends.
