This property is a residential like community that has a great neighborhood community feel.

The apartments were in good condition. The inside has been upgraded. It was not the best community for the price. I would not pay that much to live there.

The agent I talked to was exceptional and cared about me finding the perfect home. She praised the management and made me feel welcome.

The community is centrally located in Orange with easy access to the 55 freeway and close to the Orange circle. The staff and community are friendly and the community has a sense of togetherness.

The community had nice amenities such as barbecue areas, a playground, and a basketball court. The leasing consultant was friendly and professional. She was comfortable in explaining the community to me, and she was easy to talk to.

Although a nice community, I felt that it was pricey for not being gated, not having a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, or a washer/dryer within the home itself.

The community was a pretty good deal for the money. I would say it was much like condo living. I did not feel like I was in an apartment community there.
