I liked that the community was spread out and seemed like its own community/neighborhood instead of an apartment community. The amenities were very few and could probably use something more useful other than a playground or basketball court, such as a lobby/clubhouse for residents to meet or gather.

The staff was very warm and showed a lot of hospitality upon visiting the community. The location of the apartment is in a very busy area of the city and makes everything you need accessible. I would recommend this community based on location and the friendly staff onsite. The apartment is a bit dated but it is a very welcoming community.

The curb appeal was impressive with the amount of landscaping in the community. She was very welcoming from start to finish. She identified our needs and wants and presented the apartments in a desirable way. In addition, made us feel comfortable about the new area by describing the convenience and likability. The apartment themselves need to be updated because the cabinets were very old and so was the ceiling.

I liked the amenities of the community. There were ample patio spaces for personalizing the space. The amenity of having a garage with access outside the front door was great. There were laundry service rooms for every four apartments, and apartments were configured in groupings of four. The huge spaces and square footage for the cost was worth it. I would definitely move in.

This property is a residential like community that has a great neighborhood community feel.

The apartments were in good condition. The inside has been upgraded. It was not the best community for the price. I would not pay that much to live there.
