I have been living here for approximately 8 months and have been given notice of entry of apartment 4 times. I feel this is too excessive. I have never experienced any landlord wanting to come check on property this much. It is such an inconvenience.

The apartment rates are reasonable and offer amenities that other complexes don't such as washer and dryer in each unit. They are conveniently located to main highways. I also like the fact that it is a gated community.

The quality of the apartments themselves are low in my opinion. They look nice but they are small and I can hear the water and the neighbors snoring. They are too expensive for that to be happening.

Felicia is excellent. Our home is in Patterson but my wife stays here alone on the weekdays due to work and It gives me peace of mind she feels safe here thanks to Felicia.
