I am a very quiet person and the sound proofing does not meet my expectations. I hear my upstairs neighbor and guests when they walk around, the acoustics from their steps creates a boom like sound, i can hear when they drag the chairs in their dining room and drop things.

The only downfall of the Grove are the gates. the exit gate breaks down at least twice a month if not more. and there are times the FOB or key pad will not open the gate and you have to wait until someone is exiting to get in.

Itâs a nice community but neighbors complain about any little noise especially if you live upstairs, be prepared to tip toe around your own place.. if you have kids I donât recommend living here unless they have a bottom apartment available.
