This consultant was very relaxed while being professional and thorough. He pointed out the features that were important to us and addressed the issues we mentioned. He spoke about the management company in a very positive manner and offered to help us find another community if we needed help.

I loved the community. My doubts were that it did not have an elevator; climbing up three stories of the community was a little difficult. Carrying up grocery store items would be hard. The leasing professional was an excellent salesperson. He joined the personal touch, as well as the professional touch.

The property was beautifully maintained and its secluded location at the Southern end of a busy shopping, dining and business center, made it an appealing place to consider moving to. The kitchen area would benefit from a minor remodeling effort to make the pass-thru bar area between the kitchen and living/dining areas more accessible to bar stools, for casual eating and conversation. More cabinet space above and below the area reserved for a computer workspace within the kitchen would also be beneficial.

The property was a gorgeous community! The apartments were spacious, open, and very modern. The staff and leasing agent were friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal, because you could pretty much walk anywhere that you would ever need to go! The amenities were wonderful as well and living there would give you access to twelve different pools! I absolutely loved it!

The community was very quiet and private. It was a great place to rest, but was lacking a clubhouse for special events.

The community property was in very good condition. it was well maintained and offered much peace and serenity.

The community was well cared for and inviting. The leasing professional was a good representative of the community. She got to know me and was able to accommodate my every need.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit at Laurel Terrace. If I was looking for an apartment I definitely would consider renting there.

This property is beautiful. Its clean, nice landscaping and the views of the mountains are breathtaking.

The leasing agent was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On the phone, he uncovered a lot of information in a conversational manner. Onsite, however, he seemed more rote in his presentation. He successfully match my stated preferences to the available apartment, overcame my stated objection and offered valid reasons to reserve the apartment. He did not take the opportunity to build rapport as we walked. He outpaced me, continued to talk, unaware that I had taken longer to walk down the stairs than he did. I had to ask him to stop and wait for me so I could hear what he was saying. The fact that he did not notice where I was made me feel he had not sincerely tried to connect with me.

The leasing professional did a nice job of relating to me and providing benefits to my needs.

Isaac was a nice enough man and I was greeted with a smile, but maybe he should mix in a little more small talk. I was all for getting to the point, but I was only in his office for less than five minutes we went on the tour. Isaac did not exactly walk with me, but I just followed him along. Isaac could have shared more about the amenities which were some what limited. Just a little more excitement about the property and the management team would be good.

This was a great looking community in a great area. The community price matched what was offered. The leasing consultant was nice and had a great personality. She really showed the community well.

The overall appearance was outstanding. The buildings and grounds show considerable care and maintenance. The leasing agent was very attentive as was the staff working inside.
