The community amenities were very appealing. The common areas were very well maintained. The Leasing Professional was very captivating and did an excellent job presenting the community. I would be very happy calling his community home. I would very likely recommend his community to friends.

I thought the community and amenities were very nice. The one thing I would say is for the apartment I saw, the appliances were a little outdated and the apartment did not have a linen closet. There was a small space behind the bathtub and wall that was next to the sink in the bathroom. That could have been some type of storage space, but would need shelves. There was no other closet. The design of storage for the apartment was lacking. Otherwise, the customer experience was genuine and professional.

Overall. the leasing consultant did a superb job of showing me the community and talking to me about benefits of the surrounding area.

The Consultant spent time to make sure I had all of my questions answered and never made me feel rushed. I felt that I had his full attention throughout the presentation. I envision that the quality of life here based on the amenities and features offered would be fabulous. The grounds were very well maintained and free of any trash. Based on my experience I would very likely recommend the apartment community to a friend.
