Overall, my agent was friendly to me and she introduced me to other staff. But, I did not feel that other staff was welcoming and they did not come to say hello to me during my on-site visit.

This was a very beautiful community. The staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable during my visit. The apartments had a very modern feel and the neighborhood was gorgeous and tranquil. I was very impressed with the community and would love to live there.

This young man really had it together. He did not miss a detail while still being friendly and professional. He at no time sounded rehearsed or phoney. He even showed us the apartment that would be ours. It felt like he had all day to talk to us and he said that if we did not find what we wanted at his location, to please let him know and he would call and make appointments at locations that might fit our needs.

The overall perception of the community was very good and I would certainly not hesitate living there.

I was very pleased with the knowledge of the leasing consultant and the genuine welcome I received from her. She knew the property, the area and the sister properties well and used that knowledge to benefit me and my search for the perfect home. The only negative was the small and boring pool.

This was a great community tucked away inside of a master planned community.

The community seemed very quiet. It was a great spot to live for July 4th events as the festivities took place down the street.

The neighborhood was low-density with many natural areas preserved. The apartments appeared very well-maintained and I was impressed with the stated level of maintenance service. I liked how each building looked a little different. It made the community appeared more natural as opposed to having been created overnight.

This is a beautiful community nestled in the low hills of Ladara Ranch. It has three stories and a number of floor plans to choose from. They are a good value, as they come with a garage, all the kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer already in the unit. The community is super clean and well cared for. There seems to be ample parking.

From my point of view, the leasing professional was very nice and made me feel comfortable by talking with her.

This was a very well-planned community that was in excellent condition. It had plenty of landscaping that has matured well. The exterior and interior archways helped to accent the beauty of the community.

The agent was great. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the area. He was even willing to help with other communities if needed.
