I had a positive overall experience with the staff members at the community. The community was well-kept and provided quality living standards.

The community provides all appliances and amenities and the price is reasonable. The appliances are a bit outdated though, which is the only thing I would suggest. Other than that, the consultant was excellent and a great agent.

The community was located near many local conveniences. The floor plans offered were spacious in size. The extra bathroom on the bottom floor was nice to have. The washer and dryer was also a nice addition to the floor plan. The amenities were attractive. The leasing staff was helpful and friendly.

Location wise, it does not get better than this. Old-growth trees and flowering bushes give this property a homey feel. Ladera Ranch is a jewel in planned communities and Laurel Glen is tucked in the middle of it all. The interiors of the apartments are showing their age but still maintained to perfection.

The Laurel Glen apartments was located within the beautiful Ladera Ranch area. From the moment I entered the leasing office, until I left, I felt the Laurel Glen apartments would be an excellent fit for both my husband and myself. Nestled among single family homes, parks, pools and an abundance of shopping, the Laurel Glen apartments and the surrounding community of Ladera Ranch, would be a wonderful place to call home. The leasing professional was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
