The amenities did not stand out to me. They were ordinary. The landscaping and buildings were well maintained. The leasing professional was informative, friendly and professional. She seemed sincere in helping me find a home. She realized what was important to me and showed me examples of why the apartment would work for me. I would not say that I would be extremely happy living there, but it could work for awhile. I thought the price was a little steep for the lack of amenities.

The area and the community seemed great, and I would have leased there. The rent seems a bit too high for what you get.

This was a very clean and quiet community. Great for local college students or working professionals who want to be near the freeway.

The community was very clean and was maintained very well. I did not care for the location of the townhome as it was next to a busy street. I could hear some noise inside the townhome from the street traffic. Other than that, it was a nice clean community.

This property could use some improvements being over 42 years old.

The leasing professional got it when it came to customer service and meeting the customer's needs. She took time to get to know me and what I wanted and presented to those needs. She was high energy and friendly and easy to tour with. The leasing professional was professional and very proud of her community and the company for which she worked. She easily developed a rapport with me via friendly casual conversation. I felt she was sincere in wanting to help me with my apartment search. She was a pleasure to tour with.

I believed the community was nice, but did not have what I would want in an apartment. The grounds were beautifully manicured. The staff was very nice and approachable. The consultant was, in my opinion, professional and the most knowledgeable I had come across. I would take her out of the small community and place her in a larger number of apartments, because she had a natural sales ability; and also, honorable customer service skills.

I feel the rent is too high for the amenities offered at the community. I expected a townhome to have two bathrooms, and laundry connections. I also expected a fitness center and a clubhouse.
