The leasing agent was quite knowledgeable. She was upbeat and friendly. The grounds were okay. They were timeworn. The apartment was clean, it just was old looking and tired. The cabinets were old. The gas range burners were old and worn out.

The landscaping was kept up. The stairways leading up to the apartments were in need of scrubbing. The apartment was clean. The leasing agent was professional and friendly. She smiled and showed the amenities and apartment well.

Overall the community appeared to be a suitable location to live for the price. The landscape was well maintained and clean. There was also a nice blue tile water fountain which gave the community a nice finished touch. The amenities were average and normal for that kind of community. The apartments had plenty of closet space which was a feature I really liked. The community was rather quiet and seemed like a nice place to live regardless of being located off a main street. There were neighborhood shopping centers including Target within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and personable. They seemed knowledgeable and to genuinely care and want to help me.

The community had a friendly and helpful staff who made living in the community seem like a benefit as someone was readily available when situations arose. They were near shops to walk to.

The apartments and community amenities were clean and in good condition, but I felt that the interior of the apartment was very dated. It did not have a microwave, dishwasher or refrigerator. The cabinetry was obviously very old. I felt that the lease amount was a bit high for the amenities provided by this community, and I would be neutral about recommending this property.

I could not find the leasing office when I arrived as there were no signs directing me. There were a couple of balloons but nothing to grab my attention. Once I found a parking space, I noticed several signs pointing where the leasing office was.

The only thing that the community lacked was a few more community amenities, such as a fitness center, business center, or clubhouse. I know that there probably is no room for any of these, but if there was then it would add to an already nice community living.
