This community offers one and two bedroom apartments. Many units have been newly renovated with wood flooring and all new appliances and counters. Apartments come with washer/dryer units. Amenities include a swimming pool/spa area, a fitness center, courtesy patrol and covered parking. This community is also pet friendly.

It is noisy at night. People party on the premises late weekend nights. Security is unbelievably slow responding to noise problems at night if they show up at all. I can tell you the past manager would have thrown these people out already.we have called security as few times with no follow up from office at all

I would probably recommend this community. It sounded like a good place to live but I did not see an apartment or community amenities to establish a stronger positive impression.

I would and I often do. Since I live right next door to the office I am stopped and asked many times (last week even) how I like living at Lakeside and about the maintenance staff. I always give a good review.

My stove constantly makes the smoke alarm go off. I can't clean the stove and it makes the dripping metal pans black within two weeks. I have to constantly change them and it is getting too expensive. Is there any way of getting a NEW stove in my apartment? Also, the heater throuws out particles that end up on my sofas. I have to dust twice a day. It also makes my dining set very dusty.

The water bill is shared and does not reflect my usage so I end up paying much more than I should
Yes the water bill is shared amongst the community. The residents portion is very small for this size community.
For a better understanding of the bill please contact the office at 559-276-2828. The bill is not just water, but also sewer and trash.

The staff is the onlything that really set thks place apart from other communities. Everything is just about the same. The staff is what is keeping this place from blending in with other places
