Overall its fine. Not the best for privacy though. Either someone needs to come into your apartment or they are blocking your parking space for painting, etc. Definitely it felt like every other week there was a maintenance note. Good right now though.

The community offered a spacious two bedroom floor plan. The wood flooring was a nice upgrade. The community amenities were attractive. The leasing staff was friendly and welcoming.

The community was presentable and rather large in comparison to others. The single level living was especially appealing. The staff was friendly and professional but nothing really memorable stood out from the visit beyond just an overall positive perception and tour.
