The community amenities were extraordinary and cutting edge. The upkeep of the common areas was flawless with meticulous care and attention to detail. The way the home and community were presented by the leasing professional was personable and tailored to my needs. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the community home was likely.

This was a beautiful community, however it was at the higher end of my budget.

The community had turf grass, which was the most unique and appealing aspect. I liked that there was not any upkeep required to the landscaping and this included the apartment patio areas.

The leasing agent knew what she was talking about and was friendly and outgoing.

This was a lovely community for residents 55+. It was located close to the 168 freeway, as well as many shops and restaurants on Fowler/Herndon. There were several floor plans to choose from, ranging from a one bedroom, one bathroom, to a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome. All of the apartment homes come with washer/dryer connections, ceiling fans in each bedroom, granite counter tops, and ample storage spaces. Amenities included a fully equipped clubhouse, a 24 hour fitness center, swimming pool spa/area with gas grill, and heated outdoor shower, and the community even boasts it's very own hair salon. This was a terrific community for anyone 55 or older looking for the right place to call their new home.

This community features wonderful amenities, and the apartments were extremely spacious. The staff was remarkable.

I would really consider living here. The amenities are outstanding, other then shopping everything you need is right at your finger tips.

It was a lovely senior community. It was located near shopping and easy access to freeway.

The community was in an expanding area of the city. Everything around it was relatively brand new. There was shopping nearby at name brand stores. Not only was the community clean and well kept, the surrounding neighborhood was as well.

This community was brand new and extremely well maintained. I would recommend this community to people looking for a comfortable place to live at a reasonable price. The leasing professional gave a very appealing presentation and was very friendly.

Our unit is spacious and comfortable. As construction continues to be completed, more and more friendly residents are renting these apartments. We had a great residents Super Bowl party in the beautiful clubhouse!

On-site manager is extremely helpful, courteous and available for any questions. We feel very safe in this environment.

The property manager is very responsive to our needs. This place is really coming together as the construction is coming to an end and more people are moving in. We are very happy here.
