This was a 55 and up community with controlled access and located in the heart of Clovis, close to Old Town. Apartments were spacious and included washers/dryers and all major appliances. Amenities included an onsite salon, fitness center, community clubhouse, swimming pool/spa area, a dog park, and enclosed parking. Staff was accommodating and professional.
The best part of our wonderful community is that you get the sense of family & community here.

The community was located on the outskirts of Clovis in a clean and quiet neighborhood close to freeway 168. A 55 and older community, the lovely property offers one, two and three bedroom apartments and/or townhomes and is pet-friendly. Amenities include a swimming pool/spa area, a clubhouse with resident events, a fitness center, a dog park and even an onsite beauty salon. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
