The community was quiet and calm. The staff was friendly. The apartment was lovely with a lot of space in the bedrooms.

I really believe that as a customer, the consultant is the reason a lot of things are purchased, and with this consultant, I would not move forward with a purchase. Although the apartment itself sold itself to me just by the size and what was included, aside from price its a nice place to live at, but her attitude made the place feel sour for me.

The price seemed fair for what the community and apartment offered.

The property manager was polite, professional and made me feel right at home. He was knowledgeable and kept my attention as he toured me through the property, highlighting all of the amenities and making me feel as if i lived there already. Enjoyed the tour and conversation.

I am glad there is a corporation that offers affordable housing for different types of incomes. They still offer nice amenities, and the property is well kept. The landscape has nice flowers and plants. Talking with the consultant really made me want to rent. She was candid about apartment living.
