The apartment and the patio size were very impressive. The community was nice and had all the amenities. However, the location of the community was not as desirable.

The young man was professional and had a great attitude.

I would have liked the phone conversation to be tailored to my needs. The community is beautiful. It looks brand new. The upkeep was great. Everything was in good condition.

The apartments were in good condition. May be a place to consider if you are looking for a lower rent rate.

I would recommend living there. The kitchen had so much space with the big pantry. There was a lot of natural light and beautiful amenities. The leasing professional was polite and informative.

The staff seemed very upbeat, and I felt welcomed. I was very happy with the amenities. I was impressed that there was a separate movie room, and the other amenities, the business center, fitness room and clubhouse, provided a greater than average environment for the residents. I found these conveniences to be very appealing, and they added a lot to my feeling that I would like to lease there.

My customer experience was awesome. The staff members were friendly and not pushy. I was given a tour of the community and a model apartment.

The leasing office was beautifully decorated. For the price of the apartment, I would expect less carpet throughout and nicer appliances.

The customer service was personalized. The leasing consultant was prepared, thorough and displayed pride for the community. I loved the added resident events that they had per quarter. The amenities were adequate and well maintained. The price was competitive, however, the community was not located within walking distance to any businesses.

I would say that I would have leased an apartment based on the leasing agent's presentation, his attitude, and his knowledge.

My family would be very happy living there and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is an updated living community that is affordable and has resort like setting.
