The parking in the area even for future residents was bad. The landscaping the leasing professional showed me was nice. The apartment was clean with a lot of storage. The apartment was very clean. There was not a gym on the premises.

The community is conveniently located with nearby freeway access. Shopping, dining and entertainment are all around nearby. Public transportation is within minutes. It was well maintained. The grounds and landscaping were clean, colorful and free of debris. The common areas were clean and well maintained. The one bedroom apartment I viewed was spacious. The laundry room well equipped. Parking on-site with extra storage was also a plus. This was a very nice community and a pleasure to visit. I would recommend family and friends.

The leasing agent was truly a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed her tour.

I have seen other properties that have more amenities for only a couple hundred more.

The agent told me this property was maintained well, but I saw pieces of trash throughout the property during my tour. The sidewalk sign out front displaying the property name was tagged. There was a foul smell coming from a dirty trash can close to the front of the office entrance. None of this speaks to me as being a good place to live.

A great location that was within walking distance to Disneyland.

Palm Lane, Seville and Barcelona consisted of three adjoining apartment communities in Anaheim. The community appeared well maintained with lush landscaping and trees.

There were two opportunities here in regards to the community. There should be some sort of mat down before entering an apartment as it was wet and muddy in some places, and I was uncomfortable entering an available apartment with wet shoes. The landscaping needed a little attention, as there was some trash and litter in the walkway bush areas. The apartment was obviously freshly painted, but the cupboards were closed before they were dry so they were hard to open. Some of the cabinet doors, in the bathroom for example, were not hung correctly. The interaction with the leasing agent was warm and friendly, but the community needed a little more attention to detail.

The community seemed overpriced. There was no guest parking, and the apartment only came with one reserved spot. There was no fitness center on-site. The apartments had only one bathroom. There are patios only for some apartments, not all. The community just seems too crowded and has a feeling of being cramped.
