I would consider this community. Upkeep is good,
and staff is friendly. It i a good location, and I could make it work.

The community amenities were typical and were in good condition. The apartment had plenty of space, with a unique floor plan with double doors. The leasing agent was friendly and had a nice attitude. She used the information she gathered to make the apartment seem like a good fit.

I liked the area and the floor plan of the apartment was very nice. It had a unique flare to it. The amenities were average, but overall the community was comfortable and the leasing agent seemed like a very nice person so I could definitely make it work.

The leasing professional was excellent and the community was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I was really impressed with the phone call and the leasing agent. The community was right on Ball, which was a busy street, so it would not provide me the level of quiet I wanted in a home. The price for what I received was average. The pool area was neat but the tables did not look comfortable and there are no lounges, I would not go out there to read. It was not inviting. I would have liked to see where my car would be parked but that was not offered during the tour.

It was a nice community and the location was close to shops.

The property was very clean and the agent seemed to care about the property. The vacant apartment was clean and spacious. The fact that the agent picked up paper from the laundry room floor and the way that she handled the people standing on the benches, made me feel like she really cared about the property.

I felt important and like the agent and the management wanted me to live there.

There is three communities you have access to. The leasing agent is amazing and will try to fulfill your needs in a home.

Staff was informative but seemed more interested in selling than to really get to know the people interested in their community. There was no parking to accommodate future residents. The parking was impossible to find and equally as frustrating.

The community was centrally, located in a neighborhood with many apartments. The community was easy to locate although they could have larger entrance to leasing office signs on the main street. The grounds were clean, but the apartments were older so their appearance was just average. They did not offer many amenities and the rent was a little high but standard for the area.

While the staff did an excellent job of presenting the product, there were no amenities to speak of except the pool. The apartment was on a busy street so parking would be a nightmare for visitors. While the surrounding community had a lot to offer, I could not see myself living there.

The community was well maintained, but lacked an ample supply of parking.

The community was very nice and small. The cabinets were out dated but the square footage was large. The rental price was very high. Some apartments had central air and some wall coolers.

The community was centrally located to many convenient locations including amusement parks, shopping schools, dining and freeway access.
