The community amenities struck me as appealing. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was notable. The leasing professional came across and pleasant. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was comfortable. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests was adequate. The way the home and the community were presented by the leasing professional was suitable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. The property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envision the quality of life there based on the amenities and the features offered as complete. Based on the experience, I would probably recommend the apartment community to family and friends.

The apartment space and design were appealing. The balcony was private and spacious. The garage was part of the rental without an additional fee like other communities. The pools being heated year round and the recreation room were pluses.

I liked Sycamore Canyon Apartment Community. The location was just close enough to the freeway without being too close. The community was large but well maintained. The staff was very helpful and concerned about meeting my needs. The apartment size was spacious even though the kitchen of the model I toured was very small. The interior of the apartments were up to date and well maintained as were all the amenities. The various pool areas made it easy to accommodate a large number of residents. There was garage availability and the interior laundry was a plus. The rents were pretty steep but expected for the area. I would recommend the community.

I found this community to be lovely with all the upgrades you would want. There were nice breathtaking views in some apartments along with vaulted ceilings and amazing patios. Nice salt water pools.
