I thought the community was very lovely and clean. The entrance was easy to find and so was the leasing office. I noticed Sycamore was clearly a luxury apartment home. I enjoyed my time at the community.

The apartment space and design were appealing. The balcony was private and spacious. The garage was part of the rental without an additional fee like other communities. The pools being heated year round and the recreation room were pluses.

I liked Sycamore Canyon Apartment Community. The location was just close enough to the freeway without being too close. The community was large but well maintained. The staff was very helpful and concerned about meeting my needs. The apartment size was spacious even though the kitchen of the model I toured was very small. The interior of the apartments were up to date and well maintained as were all the amenities. The various pool areas made it easy to accommodate a large number of residents. There was garage availability and the interior laundry was a plus. The rents were pretty steep but expected for the area. I would recommend the community.
