The community is attractive and kept up well. I was unable to see the clubhouse, as it was rented for a private party. The exterior is attractive. The interior style is basic and the upgrades are ok, but not anything special.

The leasing agent was superb and the community was wonderful. I would undoubtedly recommend this community to others.

The community was rather large. It was in a great location near a shopping center. Although close to a shopping center it did not sound noisy or feel like it was in traffic. The community was very nicely picked up. There were plants all over. It looked real calm and peaceful. The apartment itself had all of the features. It was a lovely spot. The staff were excellent. They were engaging and conveyed they would be there at every step of the way during the stressful time of finding a new home. The staff was the best.

Just based on some other properties I have seen there is more to get for this price or better. The community appeared to be a bit outdated, but they were not horrible.

The community was great, if only the one bedroom apartments had an attached garage.

If I was a real customer looking to lease I totally would have signed a lease contract. The staff was warm and friendly the community grounds are well kept.

This leasing agent was at the top her experience. She was gracious and poised and professional. She allowed me to talk and not tell me in a tone what she thought was best, but truly listen. She demonstrated the beauty of the community as well as the neighborhood, and how everything was located within a 3 mile radius, for shopping, dining, financial access(banks) and the metro. She was definitely exceptional.

I would rent here! The property appears well taken care of and clean.
