I would not because of the outside noise and just being next to the metro station

I recommend for the 2 bed apartments that both bathrooms are in the room.

I love the staff and it’s a good community but for the money, there are better or at least comparable places in Tempe.

I love my apartment and everything that Nexa has to offer. It is clean, spacious, and overall beautiful. The proximity to campus and the light rail are a plus.

Visitor parking is dismal.

This apartment is good with all kinds of facilities people may need, and it is near the ASU campus, supermarket, and restaurants, with security system which is a great place for ASU students. However, the fees of public electricity and water are too high, and sometime the floor trash rooms and stairs are not clean enough, which may reduce the quality of living. If these problems can be dealt with, NEXA certainly will be a good apartment community for everyone.

I would not recommend because of the same reasons that make me dissatisfied.

I would recommend it because it is a nice apartment. But I feel that it is not maintained. The parking lot is filthy, which is inexcusable considering how much we pay for rent. Also there are cigarette butts everywhere which is disgusting.

The property management team and maintenance team always exceeds my expectation. They are very responsive, helpful and keep the property clean and well kept.
