The leasing elevators is locked . Get difficult if forgot fob
Kayva, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Our elevators are FOB access only due to our community being a controlled access community, this is for the benefit of our residents. However, if you ever do not have your FOB on you, you are more than welcome to use our callboxes to buzz yourself in! If you need assistance with this, please feel free to stop by the office and we would be more than happy to help you!

The leasing management team has deteriorated. 2 years ago they were amazing in keeping the place clean and holding those who were a nuance accountable, but now there is no regulation.

There have been multiple noise disturbances that have failed to be handed by property management, many dog owners let their docs deficate in common areas. The pool chairs are dirty. Residents do not drive safely and unclear how nexa enforces safety in the community.

I completely understand how noise can be frustrating, we actually have our security team from Windom, patrol our community every night. We recommend all residents to call Windom for noise complaints during quiet hours, as they are able to send that report directly to us and have proof. If you are ever experiencing excessive noise during the day, please reach out to us here in the office and we can address it immediately. I am sorry to hear you have had the experience of trash not being collected at times, when this happens please reach out to us so that we can address it with our 3rd party trash collection service!

Life and living at Nexa is incredible. The Nexa staff is caring and diligent in their efforts to provide a great environment to call home. I only wish that the young (i.e. student) tenants were appreciative of this hard work and displayed the same level of care and awareness for the building and the other tenants that they share this complex with. Nexa truly does provide a unique and extremely comfortable living experience. Sadly though, some of these young tenants are too young to appreciate what they have and simply cannot demonstrate the level of care that a place like Nexa and its staff deserve. It's the lack of care and awareness displayed by these young tenants that I causes me to temper my otherwise strong recommendation to a potential leasee when thinking about joining this apartment community.

Let people know ahead of time that this apartment is full of college kids. Itâs ridiculous how many complaints from residents there are for normal people hanging out. If you want a quiet place donât live at a state campus.

It is a beautiful complex however it is extremely expensive, and not well managed at all. The staff in the office is rude and untimely, the only positive thing is the cleanliness and proximity to ASU.

When I moved 2,000 miles away from my family. I wanted to get my moneys worth and feel comfortable. I get half of that. Nexa needs to make some changes with amenities and staff.
