I am very happy here but it seems like there are a lot of rules and a lot of fines for things that should be dealt with on a one on one basis. Every time I turn around there’s going to be a fine for something

I would only warn of thinness of floors

Because the grounds are not kept neat. Also my hallway has something all over it and it looks like a housing project. The pond is gross and dog poop everywhere because almost everyone has dogs. I have discussed this with the manager still nothing done. In my lease which I know it is not y’all’s but it says the poop is to be picked up.

walls are thin, water has gone cold during showers twice now, not enough storage

The loud heat/air condition and poor water pressure would be the main reasons I do not recommend to my co-workers or friends.

It is a great community and very friendly community. It is minor things we have come to dislike but generally we really love this community.

We have already recommended this community to many of our friends! We love everything about living here.

I'm 23 and people my age are usually not financially stable enough to afford a place like this. I've lived in many different complexes and the value of Woodland is clear to me, but I don't think it would be to my peers.

Great place for the price. The management and maintenance teams are friendly.

The apartments are nice and have a clean look to them. I like how the complex infrastructure is set up.

The staff is AMAZING and the apartments are gorgeous!

We love living here! The perfect location, and our townhouse is so cozy.
