Great location...I feel like the community is kept up fairly well (I know there are the incidents of lazy dog owners not picking up their dog poop, but management is working on that opportunity). I love that it’s a smoke free environment.

The location is great.
I do not like the fact that I have to pay for the “Valet Trash” service or the pest control service. I feel that the trash service should be optional because I live 10 seconds from the dumpster. Pest control should be included in the rent as a part of your overhead, not mine.

Trash/liter all over premises. Valet trash cans left out all day with rotting bags of chicken, pool needs cleaned and filter emptied daily, needs remulched, tenants above loud stomping, needs mowed, more sidewalks, tenants need to pick up dog poop, sidewalks need power washed
