This community has all the bells and whistles. I would have loved to live here. The golf simulator was my favorite. The community was spotless and the amenities are top notch. The leasing consultant was professional and pleasant.

I found the community to be brand new and offering a very spacious layout of apartments that were close to shopping and the freeways. The residents had many amenities to choose from as far as a golf simulator and a movie room as well as a game room and fitness center. I would recommend them to others.

Hello Dana,
Thank you for completing the survey! I'm sorry you have been unhappy with the new management and we appreciate your feedback as we utilize this information as a training tool. I do want to touch base with you concerning the office hours as they haven't changed much at all. So, I'm not sure if you're referring to the office hours changed when Simpson Housing first took over. As I have been managing the property for over 90 days now and I only changed and extended the Sunday hours and we emailed everyone at least a week in advance.
I understand your concerns with the hallways, as we do have a porter on a routine cleaning/power washing the hallways.
We appreciate you renewing your lease and we hope we can improve on the matters you pointed out in the survey.
