Would not recommend due to the following: Parking is awful. Give us the option to remove valet trash (haven’t used it once) Leave gates open during the day.

Honestly, I'd probably tell them to rent somewhere newer, as there are tons of new places popping up.

the community has gone down hill since i have moved in. a lot of people have moved in that are very unrespectful and leave their trash for others to pick it up. they don't respect the property.

I have mixed feelings about this place. There’s good and there’s bad things.

The neighbors have repeatedly broken regulations. Including owning breed restricted dogs and intentionally taking up unauthorized parking. And not picking up dog waste

First of all the complex is a security complex but the front or back entrance/exit gates are seemingly always broken. If not one then the other. Now both are inoperable and have been for sometime.

Second, emailed are sent out reinforcing tenant restrictions and responsibilities but never enforced. Example: parking very limited but there are a small percentage of tenants who must know the office personnel will not enforce any parking restrictions.

For two years, the exterior lighting in Building E is not fully operable. But while tenants in this Bldg have notified maintenance nothing has been repaired.

How much more would you like to hear or read? I suggest the office personnel get off their rear ends and walk the common grounds. They just sit behind their desks unless they are showing a vacancy.

No one picks up dog waste. It's super loud
Gym is filthy, wipes never replaced and people bring their DOGS to the gym!

I have had good experience so far.

Coffees and soft drinks are not accessible after the front office hours, sometimes Sunday and evening times missing out to grab a coffee and play at play areas

Neighbors are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Guest parking is horrible.

Reasons listed above, I get it we didn’t have kids so we don’t want to be around a bunch of loose kids. But the courtesy isn’t there.

Fitness center is too small and no parking for guests

already told people not to live here and suggested other places

Over the last six months or so the cleanliness of this complex has declined from outside maintenance care and the organization of the management team.
