The staff is wonderful the building is kept very clean and I love the fact we have concrete floors and itâs pretty quiet. We still hear weights dropping occasionally but the signs that were put in the gym certainly helped.

Parking is a challenge. Compact cars park in the larger spaces leaving only compact spaces for larger vehicles. More reserved spaces should be offered if residents are willing to pay for them. Elevators are also a challenge - lots of time waiting...

parking spaces are very tight. I also would suggest not leasing an apartment on the first floor. Because apartments are over the parking garage, heating and cooling costs may be higher.

Building is built extremely well. I cannot hear anyone above me. In other communities, I have heard every step my upstairs neighbor takes. So much better here.

Leasing consultants and concierge staff feel like your friends as they know your name and look out for you. The fellow residents are also very thoughtful and friendly.

I would recommend that someone who is interested in living at The Encore not live on the 6th floor under the 7th floor lounge or near the pool. You can hear all the footsteps and movement from that floor throughout the apartment.

As previously mentioned, the parking and noise factor are serious drawbacks. The people / staff are WONDERFUL, as is the location. The actual apartments are nice, too.
