Nice and convenience neighborhood

Due to the construction of the building and the caliber of the staff I still feel like this is the best apartment complex in Charlotte hands down, but as it ages, I do feel that things in the apartment need to be replaced especially considering how high rent is nowadays (everywhere!)

The community is enhanced by Chad, Ashley Theres, Susan, Brandon (I hope I haven’t missed anyone)—-they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The social gatherings and activities are so great in providing time for getting to know our neighbors——excellent job in all they do!! The common space is always sparkling clean and fresh due to Ines’ hard work—-she is amazing.

A monthly rate is high for some of my family members very high.

The staff in the office and maintenance are exceptional. Kind and friendly. I would recommend this location to family and friends.
Social events are also very nice!

Far too many large dogs, if I wanted to be around so
many dogs I would move into a kennel

Location is fantastic. Amenities of the community and apartment features (appliances , wood floors; etc are nice. Two main complaints. Loud AC that is in the kitchen is annoying and it has a crap thermostat from the early 2000s. This place for the amount we are paying should offer Nest or some other Wi-Fi controllable thermostat. Main complaint - water heater holds like no water, hope you can shower in 10 minutes, that’s all the hot water you get lol. Tankless water heaters should be the standard here. Also whoever designed the closets must have been a toddler because that is about the correct length of garment that can be hung on the bottom unusable dowel rods in the bedroom closet- my clothes literally drag the floor- that’s luxury.

I would recommend this apartment for its location and services and amenities. But I wouldn't recommend it for the increasing rent.

Monthly rental rate is a bit pricey

I've already recommended the Encore to two people. One of them did move here: Andrew Falls. The other person decided to rent closer to downtown Charlotte. I plan to recommend the Encore to another friend who is going through a divorce. I think it's a great place to live. I've been here since 2017.

Great community. I love living here and am always quick to suggest it to colleagues moving to the area.
